CONSIDER YOUR VERDICT

Presented by Phil Rowell, a Past President of our club and Paul Harris Fellow

Phil has been practising as a litigation lawyer for in excess of 38 years. For the majority of that period, and exclusively for the past 20 years, he has acted for defendants and insurers.

In "Consider Your Verdict", Phil brings to us the issues of real cases that have been heard before the Court, and already determined.  Phil then asks Brighton North Rotarians to consider their own verdict on the matter(s) as if they themselves, were Jurors before the Court.
