Committee Description:

Given their important role, youth and young adults are a critical focus of our Rotary Club.  Rotary’s youth programs provide young people an opportunity to develop their character and embrace new experiences while exposing them to the organization’s values of service, high ethical standards, and peace.

Current Club activities:

• Organise Rotary International Youth programs such as RYPEN, RYLA & INTERACT
• Festival ofSails-A sailing program for country youthto learnbasics ofsailing.RCBN provideassistance & accommodation.
• Interschool Debating -Liaising between Firbank&Brighton Grammarforparticipants to presentannual debatingcontest.
• Youth Week-Workingin conjunction with BaysideCouncil supporting Youthin Bayside area assistingwith Festivals, Conferences and Awards evenings.
• Brighton SecondaryCollege- Providethree bursariestoassist students to remainat school.AttendAwards evening presentation.
