Model United Nations Assembly (MUNA) is a youth program that simulates the United Nations to help senior high school students learn about international relations and develop public speaking and debating skills.

Suicide is the last taboo

The Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA) camp offers young people 18 to 25 years an opportunity to develop leadership skills.

Neville outlined the programs offered through Rotary, that provide inovative and practical opportunities for young people in our communities.

Brighton North Rotary cooked 200 sausages and about 40 vegetable burgers for primary school children attending the recent Bayside City Council’s “Say No To Bullying” forum.

For many years we have been supporting students with members attending the local Primary School to undertake one on one reading with selected students.  Because of COVID-19 this is not possible and many students are learning from home

The annual inter-school debate between Firbank Grammar and Brighton Grammar School, once again an exciting night. The topic -social networking sites do more harm than good.

Four students, who the Club had sponsored to attend  the most recent Rotary Youth Program of Enrichment (RYPEN) camp, being Shannon and Grace from Star of the Sea, and Jordan and Ryan from Brighton Secondary College spoke to the Club about their experiences.
