Speak and Share - “A Problem Shared is a Problem Halved” 

The goal with Speak and Share is to normalise the discussion around Mental Health and remove the stigma that is unfairly attached to this increasing health crisis in our community. They believe that “A Problem Shared is a Problem Halved” and seek to build the confidence for people in need to reach out to those close to them and have a conversation. They will achieve this by connecting with the community, implementing school and sporting club programs, presenting to staff within corporate organisations and conducting broader awareness events.
