Rotary Action Group Against Child Slavery

The link below is to the Rotarian Action Group Against Chid Slavery Newsletter No. 55 April 2015. This Group commenced in 2007 and has been producing a newsletter since 2009. With an estimated 30 million plus people currently enslaved in 160+ countries it is thought  Rotarians can take and support initiatives that help to expose and alleviate child slavery.

The RAGACS had a booth at the Rotary International Convention in Sydney June 2014, which facilitated a number of Australian Rotarians to join the cause. Refer page 5 & 6 of the newsletter and recent initiatives, along with the reference to discussions for mutual support with the Perth based Walk Free Foundation, set up by Andrew Forrest, with the mission to end modern slavery in our generation.
