Russell Brewer received a Paul Harris fellow for his work in Rotary. Petra and Russell’s sister Carol arrived to witness the bestowing of the Paul Harris Fellow much to Russell’s surprise. Russell is a past president participating in many Rotary projects. It is always wonderful to have another Paul Harris recipient in our club.
