Learning the Four Steps for Life - A Must for All!
The statistics say that about 75% of cardiac arrests occur in the home, so we should all learn how to respond to such an event.
The Four Steps for Life are:
Ring 000 for an ambulance;
Open the airway;
Pump the chest – 30 times;
Breathe mouth to mouth – 2 breaths;
then repeat steps (3) and (4) until professional help arrives or the patient recovers.
Meg has offered to supervise anyone wanting to develop these skills.

Sue gave the vote of thanks.
